We offer monthly billing with no contract or quarterly billing with an annual plan. If you choose an annual plan, you will receive a 17% discount.
How does document storage work?
Each plan has a maximum amount of attachment storage, depending on number of users, and is expandable as needed.
Is it possible to integrate to existing software?
Yes, your plan includes a number of integrations included and we can integrate any software using an open API or Webhooks. Custom integrations are quoted individually, depending on complexity and technical compatibility.
Is there a limit on users?
Each plan comes with a minimum number of users, however there is no limit on the number of users you can add to your plan. We can support hundreds of people across your organization.
Can I import and export data myself?
Yes. Import/export functionality exists in all plans.
Does my plan include customer support?
Yes. All plans include unlimited Basic support, via email and customer support tickets.
